Trading Account Password
If you have lost or forgotten your password, or see the "Invalid login or password" message when trying to log in to your account or our website, there are two possible solutions:
- Make sure you enter your full login name correctly.
Submit a new password request. Please use the Email to Infin Markets webform: select "New password request" webform topic and follow the instructions.
- In any case please confirm your identity by either quoting the secret word or attaching the passport scan.
