Skrill (Moneybookers) Payment

  1. 1. Log in to Infin Markets

    Introduce yourself, by entering the previously registered email address as well as chosen password in the login form on our website.

  2. 2. Open a payment initiation form

    Open the "Accounts" tab, select trading account you wish to make payment into. Press "Deposit" and select "Skrill (Moneybookers)". A payment initiation form will pop up.

  3. 3. Initiate your payment

    Enter the amount you wish to pay.


    Press "Next" to continue. Click "Cancel" to abort.

  4. 4. Confirm payment details and proceed to payment

    Make sure your payment details are correct, read and accept "Skrill (Moneybookers) payment terms and conditions".

    Press "Next" to continue. Click "Cancel" to abort.

  5. 5. Make payment

    Log in to your Skrill account, select the payment source.


    Press "Pay" to complete payment. Click "Cancel" to abort.

  6. 6. Wait until your payment is processed

    Skrill payment processing may take up to 30 seconds. Do not leave the page until your payment is through and you are redirected to the payment result page.


    Successful payments made using the previously confirmed Skrill identificators (emails) may be credited to trading accounts of destination instantly.


    Successful payments made using unconfirmed Skrill identificators will subsequently require email confirmation for authorization before your trading account crediting. All first successfull Skrill payments are credited to accounts of destination by Backoffice within working hours (from 10:00 to 19:00 CET Monday to Friday) in a prompt manner.


    If your Skrill payment was not completed you will have to contact our Customer support for error details.


  7. 7. Monitor your payment orders

    Payment processing statuses may be monitored in the "Administration" section, tab "Deposits", "Skrill payments" table:

    • Cancelled - payment was cancelled before processing
    • Pending - payment is being processed
    • Paid - payment was successfully completed and will be credited to your account once your Skrill identificator (email) is confirmed
    • Credited - payment amount was credited to your trading account
    • Failed - payment was not completed (contact Client support for details)
    • Refund - payment amount has been returned to the payer
    • Expired - payment was never completed
